校級新聞與宣傳需求送件平台
News & Communications Submission Platform

本平台受理校內各單位經內部確認後,擬送交公共事務組評估之新聞與宣傳需求,作為後續評估、排程與資源安排的依據。

因校內議題眾多,請各單位先完成內部討論與主管確認,再由承辦人填寫送件。公共事務組將依內容完整度、議題性、新聞性、校級規劃方向與資源狀況進行多方評估。

送件不代表一定進入校級新聞發布、媒體聯繫或校級社群曝光流程。資料完整度將影響後續評估與處理時程。

本平台目前試行中,後續將持續優化。填寫過程中如遇操作問題,請洽公共事務組,分機 62007。


This platform is for NTHU units to submit news and communications requests that have been reviewed and confirmed internally. Submissions will serve as a basis for the Division of Public Affairs to assess, schedule, and allocate communications resources.

Due to the number of topics across the university, each submitting unit should complete internal discussion and obtain supervisor approval before filling out this form. The Division of Public Affairs will evaluate each submission based on content completeness, news value, university-level communications priorities, and available resources.

Submission does not guarantee publication, media outreach, or placement on university-level communication channels. The completeness of the submitted information may affect the review process and timeline.
